i have right neck pain since 3 weeks.I also have cough and feverishness. i took acithromycin 500 mg for 5 days a week back but it still dint subside..it also seems to me like a sternomastoid spasm.i am a physiotherapist by profession. i applied tiger balm and axe oil which seem to reduce the pain but not completely.kindly advice..
