PREVENTION OF HAIR LOSS IN HYPOTHYROID

My wife, age 32 yrs, is suffering of hypothyroid & taking treatment for last 10 months. now her TSH & PROLACTIN level is under control but she is suffering from excessive hair loss. can you suggest some treatment to prevent hair loss.

is she suffering from any scalp infection like dandruff, etc..if yes then get it treated 1st.
