<p>what should be the time gap b/w exercise and meals? and is it ok to drink water imediately after exercises?</p>

Hello shitiz,
One should always maintain a gap of atleast 40 mins in between exercise and meals. Consuming water after exercise should have a gap of atleast five minutes, also the water should be at room temperature as cold water is not advisable for a heated body after the workout let your body cool down for a while.
