Today we all stand as a part of a competitive and struggling work environment, to keep the zeal high everyone desires physical and mental health. But it is not a child’s play to manage time and spend loads on expensive health measures such as spas and personal trainers every now and then.

Another low cost option is quitting alcohol and smoking, apart from its hazardous effect on heart, liver and lungs it can shape up to an addiction as well ruining all spheres of life.
