Hair Transplant in Delhi

The term gay or lesbian have slowly entered our societies and sheltered, the legal acceptance has made scenarios little swift for the homosexuals but still they are frowned upon. They too are no different and gifted with a very special gift of life like any other on this beautiful earth. Many a times these individuals are looked down and sidelined. The following write is an insight on the psychological disturbances or gender identity disorders that these individuals have or suffer from and how they react.
To begin with these sexual disorders is the female and male transexualism; this is the severest category where an individual feels uncomfortable with his / her anatomic sex. There is marked feeling to get rid of these reproductive organs and its secondary effects with a desire to adopt the opposite gender features. These can only be diagnosed after pubertal age.  Sex replacement surgeries are often their options to be.
Next category is dual role transvestism; here an individual just wants to indulge in a temporary experience with opposite sex adaptations such as clothing, hair cut and other external appearances. Dual role transvestism just enjoys the membership with lesser inclination towards a sex change. Further sexual excitement is also seldom with these cross dressing types.
Gender identity disorder of the childhood is very much similar to transexualism. As the name suggests the condition is observed quiet early in the life cycle around 2 to 4 years of age. There is a constant desire to be like the opposite sex. A child fails to accept his / her anatomy along with a much depressed state of mind. All the daily social activities, games and pattern are of the mentally conceived gender.
The last in the name of gender disorders comes inter sexuality. Here an individual presents with anatomical or else physiological aspects of the opposite gender for example hormonal disturbances evident with a higher level of oestrogen in males and vice versa. Also to include are pseudo hermaphrodites which present with external genitals, some may show up with internal sexual organs, also chromosomal defects such as turner’s syndrome and klinefelter’s syndrome fall under this roof.
Treatment
Only two choices of actions are left with a therapist to either resort the individual to its own sex or move forward with the sex replacement, the interventions are very hard to apply either ways.
Bringing back to the normal biological sex type can be established with psychotherapy and behavioural tactics. An array of sessions with family counselling will have to conduct for longer durations for a significant change / treatment.
The second choice of activity is a hard and expensive one, the sex replacement surgery. The first of these kinds of experiment were done in the year 1951 where an American soldier went on to become a female.
The technique is a lengthy process including hormonal administrations, phalloplasty (artificial construction of the penis), castration (surgical removal of the existing reproductive organ, penis), mastectomy (removal of breasts partially or fully), hysterectomy with salpingo – ophrectomy (surgical ablation of female reproductive organs). This irreversible process has to be concluded with a series of psychotherapy to make one adapt and behave the new role of the opposite sex.
Their inborn mind sets may be different but they are humans and have every right to enjoy to the fullest with no sighs whatsoever.
