Hair Transplant in Delhi

A homoeopathic paediatrician, a counselling expert and a freelance writer are a few words to describe my profession. My sole aim is to put forth practical piece of information that guides every one right in the direction, blending the medicos to a layman with a simple gesture to make the medical things a little less convoluted and comprehendible.

Every woman yearns for long lustrous, thick hair and why women, even men too nowadays have become very fashion conscious and try out different hair styles. And these demand healthy thick hair! The hair on its own are the dead part but the tip of hair by which it is attached to scalp provides all the proteins and nourishment for the growth and texture of the hair. Hence it is of utmost important that the scalp of the hair is provided with adequate amount of nutrients so that it can reflect in the beauty of your hair. Try out some of the tips mentioned here to control hair loss, and even if you are not facing loss of hair ‘precaution is always better than cure’!

Warm hair oil massage

Mostly the loss of hair is because the hair does not get proper nutrients. A good hair oil massage gives that nourishment to the scalp and also increases blood circulation which promotes hair growth. Usually olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil is considered good for hair.

Hot Towel treatment

If you wish to derive optimum benefits from the oil massage, you can go for hot towel treatment. After the hair oil massage, simply dip a thick towel in warm water and cover your head completely with it in such a way that the steam is reaching your scalp. Try this for 2 to 3 times. It works wonders if your hair pores are blocked and the oil secretion is blocked.

Hair or scalp pack

Sometimes the outside weather conditions, pollution and dust damage the texture of your hair and make them lusterless and brittle due to which the hair break. A good hair or scalp pack made up of natural things like henna and egg yolk, or curds and honey, egg yolk and honey, Paste of Brahmi and Hibiscus leaves and flowers can give back the luster and health to the hair.

Good conditioners

If your hair breaks due to entanglements, then good conditioners can always help. Try some homemade one like equal mixture of glycerin and rosewater, tea strain and vinegar etc. as the final rinse.

Dietary changes

Many times lack of certain vitamins and minerals cause you to loose hair. Keep your diet balanced so that your body gets all the nourishment in adequate amount.

Exercises

Regular exercise helps to improve blood circulation. Yogasanas, like ‘Shirshasan’ helps to promote hair growth by providing blood to the scalp.

Hormonal problems

Hormonal imbalance can be the cause of hair loss, especially in women. In such conditions, thorough check up from a doctor is must.

Acupressure points

There are certain acupressures points which help promote hair growth and control hair loss. In case of severe hair loss, you can opt for acupressure therapy for some time.
