Cancellation & Return Policy


How do I cancel an order ?
Cancellation can be done on your healthkosh website. If you have cancelled your order before your product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after the product is shipped and if you have received the product, then you need to return the unopened item(s) in its original packaging for a refund. The shipping costs have to be borne by you. Please ensure to call the customer support regarding the same HealthKosh reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or product looks used.

Incorrect Product
If the product that is shipped is incorrect, we request you not to accept the product. If accepted, please ensure to inform our customer support immediately or within 3 days on receipt of the product. In this case, we will refund 100% of the total price.

Damaged Product
If the product is damaged, we request you to inform our customer support immediately. The request has to be raised within 2 days of receipt of such a product for a full refund. Beyond which the refund will not be given

Note

      1. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout
      2. The refund for cash on delivery cases is not possible. Kindly ensure to check the products before accepting for Cash on Delivery cases
      3. It would take around two weeks for the refund to be reflected once receipt and inspection of the goods
